First of all, thanks a ton for this module: was trying to work with xdebug, but xhprof is so much easier to set up and use, especially with this module!

Was just wondering if there's any chance of implementing GraphViz graphs if the server has the GraphViz extension installed?

If someone wants to work on it I'm certainly open to including it. However, I don't find them very useful, so I most likely won't be working on it myself.
