Can't see the live feedback button in IE 8 and IE 9.
On Firefox and Crome the button is available.

I have the same problem in IE9.
IE console says:
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get value of the property 'add': object is null or undefined

problem is the line 729:
glass.classList.add("feedback-glass");

Obviously the glass object is not defined
how can I fix this?
(I have tried forcing IE9 to use IE8 compatibility mode with meta tag, but no effect)

The admin toolbar also disappears when the module is enabled in IE9
