I'm using:
Webform 7.x-4.0-alpha6
Select or Other 7.x-2.15

When creating a conditional that acts on a "select or other" item, the conditional does not work. Here's a video showing what I mean.

By the way, I'm getting around this by simply creating another option "Other" and having that show a text box, but if someone wanted to show a grid if one of the options was selected, that wouldn't be able to be replaced by a text box.

Bumping the priority on this as it clearly breaks other modules. This looks like a javascript issue. Are there any javascript errors showing in the console when it breaks?

I had this issue a while ago, but it appears to work for me now, with the latest versions of Webform (7.x-4.0-rc5) and Select Or Other (7.x-22.0).

I've tried to reproduce the issue with webform 4.3, but was unable to do so.
