Dialog Players Only Use Default Dimensions

We are trying to popup a dialog with a Brightcove player where the dialog is sized larger than the default 425x350. We can successfully theme the dialog itself to scale, but there is no way to specify larger dimensions for the player when it appears in a dialog. We've tried setting the dimensions for that field in the content type, and when viewing just the node, we can successfully size the player, but not in the dialog. It would be nice if the dialog used the same dimensions that are specified for the "Standard Video Player" on the content type. Additionally, I could try to override the player's dimensions in CSS, but the brightcove_field_player page does not include the theme's css assets.
