Hello,

First time using an AT subtheme, but I like it.

However, when I try to move the search form into different regions it responds, but there seems to always be a search form in the Header Region (even when the search form block is disabled).

I will paint an example: if I place the search form in region 'none' it will still show in the Header Region. If I place the search form in region 'Menu Bar' a search form will appear in the menu bar region, but the same search form (from when there was 'none') will remain in the Header Region. Leaving me with two search forms.

I have taken a look at the code and scratched my head over this for awhile. I can't figure out where the mystery omnipresent search form is coming from.

Help appreciated!

The only thing I can think of is to update to

  • Corolla-7.x-3.0-rc1
  • AdaptiveTheme-7.x-3.1

Updating didn't help! If I can find a solution fast that would be great! Otherwise I will have to use another theme.

Cant really say, the search box is not printed directly in the template in D7, as you can see there is no such thing printed in the page template, even as far back as 7.2

I can only assume you have some odd cache thing going on, try clearing all the caches.

A link to the site to show the problem might highlight something else also.
