Bug fixes

- #213837 raised by tylermoody - Fixed SQL query in split_test.install. Removed default='0' on auto in primary key.
- Neatened up the menus and moved them into the settings menu.
- Fixed the paths on all the pages.
- Fixed winning and losing colors. Now the winning theme should always appear as green and the losing as red.
