drush en -y conditional_fields

while the module is installed, I get the following:

PDOException: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'module' cannot be null: INSERT INTO {role_permission} (rid, permission, module) VALUES (:db_insert_placeholder_0, :db_insert_placeholder_1, :db_insert_placeholder_2); Array

)
in user_role_grant_permissions() (line 3043 of /var/aegir/platforms/7/servers/drupal-7.16/modules/user/user.module).

Comments

I am getting the same error (below). I cannot access the modules area from the admin panel (I assume this is obvious based on the error message) but I can access all other areas.

Notice: Undefined index: edit file in user_role_grant_permissions() (line 3041 of /home/content/l/a/f/laferney/html/drupal/modules/user/user.module).
PDOException: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'module' cannot be null: INSERT INTO {role_permission} (rid, permission, module) VALUES (:db_insert_placeholder_0, :db_insert_placeholder_1, :db_insert_placeholder_2); Array ( [:db_insert_placeholder_0] => 188284353 [:db_insert_placeholder_1] => edit file [:db_insert_placeholder_2] => ) in user_role_grant_permissions() (line 3043 of /home/content/l/a/f/laferney/html/drupal/modules/user/user.module).

Here is some of the code where I found the search terms "module" and either "Null" or "permission"

*/
function user_module_invoke($type, &$edit, $account, $category = NULL) {
  foreach (module_implements('user_' . $type) as $module) {
    $function = $module . '_user_' . $type;

*   An associative array in the format $permission => $module.
*/
function user_permission_get_modules() {
  $permissions = array();
  foreach (module_implements('permission') as $module) {
    $perms = module_invoke($module, 'permission');
    foreach ($perms as $key => $value) {
      $permissions[$key] = $module;
    }
  }
  return $permissions;
}

*   An associative array in the format $permission => $module.
*/
function user_permission_get_modules() {
  $permissions = array();
  foreach (module_implements('permission') as $module) {
    $perms = module_invoke($module, 'permission');
    foreach ($perms as $key => $value) {
      $permissions[$key] = $module;
    }
  }
  return $permissions;
}

I am also receiving this error. See the following:
PDOException: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'module' cannot be null: INSERT INTO {role_permission} (rid, permission, module) VALUES (:db_insert_placeholder_0, :db_insert_placeholder_1, :db_insert_placeholder_2); Array ( [:db_insert_placeholder_0] => 2 [:db_insert_placeholder_1] => edit own content [:db_insert_placeholder_2] => ) in user_role_grant_permissions() (line 3043 of C:\wamp\www\tgs\modules\user\user.module).

I also received these with the above error:

I was setting permissions and have never received this before. I am working with initial Commerce Kickstart and added a few contrib modules. Does anyone know a solution to this or where it came from?

This is a bug of the Devel module: #1822930: PDOException: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column module cannot be null:.
#1: The error is about an "edit file" permission. I think Conditional Fields has nothing to do with it.
#2: You probably encountered this bug: #1721758: Notice: Undefined index: type in content_access_admin_settin (Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'module' cannot be ). of the Content Access module.
