how can I put more then one product into a category-page?
For example by clicking http://demo.weebpal.com/#zircon -> categories -> living room I'll get an overview of 3 products in this category-page. Where can I change the quantity?

You can go to configuration -> site information -> change field "Number of posts on front page".
