i use both flag and authcache for my d7 site. but i found, the flag status will not be changed if authcache is on, unless the cache is flushed. how can i make the authcache excluding falg module?

you could take a look at the Authcache Actions module? (Also Content Refresh module maybe if there's a D7 version?)

I just added support for the flags module to authcache 2.x-dev (commit 596ebbb. I will not backport this functionality though.
