CiviCRM 4.2.4 7.16.1 P.001 and Ubercart 3.2.1 7.16.1 P.001 give installation errors on Fresh install

A fresh install of BOA HEAD with command - boa in-head public server.domain.com name@email.com o1 ask myownnewrelickey - gives errors below and both the platforms fail to verify.

I have attached the output seen on the terminal while installation so that it gives an idea as to what platform I said yes and which one no. Strangely it also did not ask about the installation of videola and octopus video (and may be others). On a previous install when I choose max option the install went OK except for the Drupal 8.0-dev error reported in a different post.
