How can I import jobs into the system?

1. I want to import jobs from an existing system into recruiter module. How can I do that? The existing jobs are available in documents, html format.

2. Can I subscribe to an RSS feed and import the jobs into the job database? A client of our's provides jobs as rss feeds and I want to add that to our system whenever available.

You can use the Feeds or Migrate module. For your use case, I would recommend the Feeds module
