Add support for the views xml backend

When using http://drupal.org/project/views_xml_backend the following error is generated.

Fatal error: Call to a member function countQuery() on a non-object in [drupal_root]/sites/all/modules/contrib/jcarousel/includes/jcarousel.views.inc on line 146

I will included a patch as suggestion to fix these issue's.
