Follow up for #1831530: Entity translation UI in core (part 2)
Problem/Motivation
The help page could use some more polishing and testing by people who are new to setting up translation in Drupal.
Proposed resolution

Remaining tasks
- get someone new to look at the text
- talk about some of the word choices and phrases
- use em tag consistently (what gets italicized?)
