#1831350: Break the circular dependency between bootstrap container and kernel
#1833586: Move theme info into CacheArray
#1833588: Remove info parsing from system rebuild
#1833590: Move the module provided theme to something not-hook and fast to detect

Once these are resolved we can change the container builder to actually read all the themes and modules from the filesystem and store their lists inside the container making the registration of filenames and class namespaces in later loads a breeze.

Wonder if these sticks are still valid for D10?

Version: 9.5.x-dev » 11.x-dev

Drupal core is moving towards using a “main” branch. As an interim step, a new 11.x branch has been opened, as Drupal.org infrastructure cannot currently fully support a branch named main. New developments and disruptive changes should now be targeted for the 11.x branch. For more information, see the Drupal core minor version schedule and the Allowed changes during the Drupal core release cycle.
