I wanted install ELMS on my localhost but I'm stuck at database creation phase. Even the username & password was corrected also there's no error message given. Can you help me?

what version of php are you using?

I'm using 5.3.6

try turning off error reporting or using 5.2; D6 and 5.3 are testy.
