Remove tests

The tests haven't worked since this became a project, and they had only tiny coverage anyway.

I spent a day trying to figure out how to write tests in Portland at the D7 sprint, but the arcane requirements of having a zillion required tables and such left me scratching my head. We can easily start over, but having these relics doesn't help us.
