Parameter with value 0 doesn't work

I tried to disable titles in a vimeo video, which doesn't work.
The problem is line 484 in video_embed_field.module where you check if empty... But 0 is empty in php, so you add title instead of title=0.
Removing this if else construct resolve the problem.
