I have a problem.

Pager is not showing up on normal pages (ie - not Views created). For exemple, on comments pages, on Blogs, search results etc.

It looks like it is problem on theme layer, as

    construction just is not showing at all...

    You can see it in action on http://www.uchi.kz/blog page, for example.

Actually, it is not a bug from Zircon at all.

Just in case someone will need an answer: it is about pagers id (delta) in case you have more than 1 pager on a page. I had some views blocks with pagers enabled, by I never thought it might cause a problem.
