Thanks in advance for reading my question. I've been fittling with this module and trying to get the following scenario working:

I've a Content-type: "Banner-Front-Page". It works with the Nivo-slider module, as a view in a block on the frontpage.

As you hover the contextual menu's, you'll get of course: "Edit View" and "Edit Block".

- The last one "Edit Block" is kind of confusing for the end user, because you can't edit the full node there: the image and bodytext for example.
- I was hoping to solve that with this module, to create an linke 'node[nid]/edit'.

Thanks for your time!

Me too! Is there any way CCL will help me get an "Edit Source Content" inside a Views generated slide?

Issue summary: View changes
Status: Active » Closed (works as designed)

Custom contextual links would not know the node the view is displaying but the view does. Also if the banner rotates the information will change as it is rotating.

But what you ask is possible just in views not ccl.

You can add a global field in views - contextual links that will do the trick. If you are using view modes like teaser it should already be there.
