Errors after update to 7.x-1.4

I have had problems after updating the colorbox module from colorbox-7.x-1.3 to colorbox-7.x-1.4

I noticed that nodes I had opening up in a colorbox (from a view using the colorbox node module) had lost their setting in the view. (see attachment). Doing a re-save of the view makes it save the setting and work properly.

Also, I notice after the update (colorbox-7.x-1.3 to colorbox-7.x-1.4) the settings for the colorbox Node Display in Display Suite were disabled. When I went back into the content type to fix it, all I had to do was re-enable the colorbox display and the settings were intact.

I am not sure what is causing this, but there are 3 modules involved.
Colorbox 7.x-1.4
Colorbox Node 7.x-2.5
Display Suite 7.x-2.0

Upgrading colorbox-7.x-1.3 to colorbox-7.x-1.4 is what precipitated the problem.

I have gone through my various views and node displays and made all of the resets. This was a big pain.
Sorry for making such an unfocussed omnibus issue. I am not sure that it is even Colorbox that is to blame.
