Create privacy based on IP address

I was just wondering if it was at all possible to only make certain nodes private by IP address. My website needs to use EZ proxy to force users to log into the university before accessing some content. So I need to make certain nodes only accessible by a certain IP address. I wasn't sure if this could be implemented using your module or if this is something I would need to create myself.
