Perhaps a newbie question, but I have sidebar first and content next to each other, however when sidebar first is empty (even with force render turned on), content moves position to the left. How can I keep it in its current position? Just assign a dummy block?

You may just need to clear Drupal and browser cache?

Hmm I'll give this a shot when I can. You may be right.. I had a second site that didn't exhibit this behavior :P
