aloha 8.x-2.0-alpha5

Changes since 8.x-2.0-alpha4 (21 commits):

• Bugfixes for the last test case: type in the format name caused to be the empty array. Also fixed the expected results.
• Incorporated Gábor Hojtsy's feedback from #1809702-73.
• Theoretical updates to the blackbox test, but I cannot run them - cannot make the test show up in my simpletest again
• Add tests for blackbox testing some formats.

• Update how the 'data-aloha-defer-init'
  attribute gets set now that #1664602 is committed.

• Updated Aloha Editor build to another post-0.22.2, pre-0.22.3 build; now comes with jQuery UI 1.9 and several bugfixes I'd files upstream.
