Experimental project

This is a sandbox project, which contains experimental code for developer use only.

Use Relations within your site to generate node access controls. The rules for how to traverse a relation graph (as well as traversing between relations) are stored as CTools exports so it should be reasonably reusable.

Note: There's still one part that is hard-coded to our specific use case. Odds are that two of the code paths for traversal can be simplified into one set of functions. Patches welcome!
