I really like this theme, but I was recently informed that an outfit named Getty is suing demanding payment for images they've been purchasing the past several years (and thus own the copyright to).

I just want to check that the banner images that come with Marinelli are in the public domain (royalty free)? If so, can you provide a link where the images were downloaded?
