I am using the Gallery along with video and want to change the Thumbnail Size. It is a regular size instead of a thumbnail and I do not know where to change the size of the gallery image.

You can control the Node Gallery File Thumbnail view mode for file types under Structure, File types. Click the manage file display next to whatever type you are dealing with. (image, video, audio, document) I don't know what video player module you are using, but it probably has settings in there for size of the player. If it's images, you can select the image style from there, as well. Image styles can be customized under Configuration, Media, Image Styles.
