I installed subscription in what appeared to be an easy no hassle install.

I then added a new role that the subscriber would be able to purchase. The new role didn't show up (cleared cache a couple of times).

I went looking at the fields and then tried again and now none of the roles appear. In the drop down selector for "Role" I have the guide " - Select a value - " and that's it. Although the drop down is "kinda long" leaving me to believe that it knows there should be selections there, but doesn't know the names.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
On the page ".../admin/reports/fields" there is setting for 'subscription_role' field.
If you tried to change settings for role then you will get following error message.
"There is data for this field in the database. The field settings can no longer be changed."

So, if you want to add newly created roles on subscription form you need to delete this role field and create new one, then you can add all roles that you want to refer.
But the problem is you will lost data related to this field.
