Unpublish Button does not remove items from Taxonomy Index. This means that unauthorised users may view unpublished content via their taxonomy term pages.

Apologies, I tink this bug was coming from the http://drupal.org/project/publishcontent module, not Publish Button. Bug report moved there http://drupal.org/node/1874170
