The 'get back' button doesn't do anything until you have actually applied some credits. So, in the interest of usability the button should not be visible on the form unti it's needed in order to reduce clutter.

UI has been revamped UI. We use links for this now instead of buttons, and the text on the link changes according to the status of the cart.
