I'd like to create a module called Feature Lock that will allow a site admin to prevent components of a given Feature from being edited and thus Overridden. This would be useful for production sites where overridden Features can lead to issues with deployments etc... If a Feature is "locked" the edit link could be greyed out or removed (this is the hard part).
I think the module could be useful. I haven't taken much time to think about it, but does anyone with more Features experience know of an easy way this could be accomplished?
