l-r-wrap-at-dev-after-5-jan - why is both sides colored as html background? - cannot solve in developer tools

Need a link to the site - your theme is customized so no way to tell what you have done.

html takes a background color, correct, this is not a bug, it is by design.

Ok, it's pleasure to hear.
Please point me where i am wrong: i assume core theme shouldn't change design of the custom developed subtheme. Imagine i develop theme for client with full width. Then we upgrade to core latest and all design changed, resulting it can became not so good.
Think how to avoid: present in settings an option to switch html bg wrapper and not to wrap. Or provide a way how to universally override such.
Or call client to not update.
(i know this is dev version, so maybe it's wouldn't included)

I agree, I think I can see the real problem now, I am looking at this, its not very good how it is now.

I want to note that i like design with 960px and clear division on sides (thought to make such costumization). So this may be in code, commented for example.
