Displaying mobile theme in IE10

Hello,

This morning I opened my website to find that there was an error in code for browscap. I wish I had saved the error so I could post it, but it was something similar to the error found here: http://drupal.org/node/1440512
Only instead of safari, it mentioned IE10, and instead of line 117 I think it said 74? Either way, I disabled the module so I could access my site, and ended up reinstalling browscap, browscap block, and mobile theme modules.

After reinstalling, the site worked fine without errors, however when I browse the site in IE10 now, it displays the mobile theme instead of the normal one. However in firefox, it displays the desktop layout fine, it only seems to be an issue in internet explorer 10. I'm not sure why this started happening, because I haven't done any updates or changes to the site in a few weeks, and everything has been working as intended up until now.
