Not quite sure what you're trying to achieve and what exactly your problem is - could you please provide more details? Examples would be even better.

Some RSS reader like flipboard use this element to get a full node. The description element it's used like teaser.

Thanks Luigi. In such a case, this is a duplicate of content:encoded extension module, which resulted in Views RSS: Content Elements module, which seems to be exactly what you are looking for.
