Doesn't look like screenshot or work

This looks like a terrific module. Unfortunately, I can't get it to work. I have tried both versions of the module. I have cleared caches numerous times and tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times (yes, that's how desperate I am for this to work!).

When I click on the menu item commerce/config/email what i see looks nothing like the awesome screenshop you have linked on your project page. I see three no configuration tabs either at the top or the vertical tabs on the side. I have only the body text area for three email types and a Save Configuration button.

Can somebody help me troubleshoot this? Thanks. Kevin
