I'd like to create a menu link that allows users to access their quiz results. I've been using me aliases, but that doesn't seem to work with the quiz module. Is there something else I can use in the path?

Example:

http://domain.org/quiz/?q=user/%/myresults

where % = 1, 2, 3, etc. depending on the user.

You could use Menu Token module to achieve this. I have tried it and it does works. I came to know about this from the following link:-
