The submission count on the results tab is different from the count I get upon submission export.

In this case, my submission count at the top of the results tab is ~112k. When I export the submissions (in batches) to TSV, I'm only getting a total of ~102k lines in my files.

I work with rtblair03. After he filed this ticket, I discovered that the actual version of the Webform module on our website is 6.x-3.14, not 6.x-3.14. I upgraded the module to the current release version (6.x-3.18). After doing so, I did my own download of submission results and did not see the discrepancy that rtblair03 observed. It appears, therefore, that the bug he reported is not an issue with the current version of the Webform module. We'll do some additional review to confirm this before closing the ticket.
