Entity Reference views display should respect pager settings when attached to non-autocomplete field.
For example, I only want to display 5 radio buttons.

Issue summary: View changes

This is still a big bug. If a have 10000 node in a bundle and the reference filed is dropdown list, the pager settings dosen't matter, all the nodes will be loaded to the list, and its performance killer.
