The description for "Text format" on the node processor and term processor settings pages reads:

Select the input format for the body field of the nodes to be created.

That's incorrect. The input format selected there applies to ALL text fields being mapped, not only the body. Also, the same description text is used for the term processor, where nodes are not being created.

Suggested:

Select the input format for all text fields being mapped.

I am closing this issue in favor of the related issue I just added, which removes this form element altogether and I thing it's a better approach to work on.
