"Optimize CSS files" and "Optimize JavaScript files" on the performance page should be disabled.
Yeah right, they should be disabled but there's no way to do it if the ACJA module is enabled. The only way is to disable the module, then disabling the options and later reenable the module.

markhalliwellThis isn't true. If AdvAgg is installed and enabled, you have two options: default and advanced. Switch to default and you will see the core options to disable. If using advanced aggregation, the default core settings are ignored as they are not used.
Also if you're referring to the status page, please ignore it for the time being as nothing actually works anyway.
