Unable to enter Starting From data [#1910114]

Using getlocations with getdirections I have a getlocations fields enabled view named "with directions".

For some reason I cannot enter data into the 'Starting from' text box.

The 'To' data is being populated however if I delete the Location in the 'with directions' content a 'Starting from' text box shows up but I am unable to type in this box also.

This occurs in firefox, chrome, IE and incognito versions of each.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the GetDirections module.

First of all go through the settings in admin/config/services/getdirections, then test them in something like

http://yoursite.com/getdirections

Your needs may be different, but I enable "Use advanced features", "Use draggable route" and "Use Google Autocomplete" for most of my sites.

There is a view called "getdirections" that will provide a block with a link to a getdirections page that will appear when viewing a location enabled node, that view is a good starting point.

Done. I am still unable to type into any of the text fields: 'Starting from' & 'Destination'
