Undefined index: element_wrapper i template_preprocess_semantic_panels_pane [#1918022]

Got some errors because of undefined variables.
Undefined index: element_wrapper i template_preprocess_semantic_panels_pane() and
Undefined index: element_content i _semantic_panels_get_html()

Though highly amusing, it's a bit unhelpful :)

I found that in my case these messages were triggered in panopoly, specifically caused by panopoly_magic.

I really do not know where the problem were, becuase it dispaeared in a feature export - and I did not have the time to track it done, sorry... But what I do know is that I did not use panopoly.
