search facets appear above results in mobile

good morning!

when viewing the site on a small screen, search results in the right column drop below facets shown in the left column. the person testing the site scrolled down a little, then gave up thinking that the search hadn't worked.

probably the simplest way to fix this would be to change the layout used in the panel override that displays results from AT Two column 33/66 to AT Two column 66/33 and put the facets on the right.
