Currently webforms only allows one user to be the author. I would like the ability to specify a role as the author that would then be able to utilize the "______ own webform ..." permissions.
So this would mean that we'd be able to have an author role where anyone belonging to that role would inherit the permissions normally afforded to the single user author.
