emattias CreditAttribution: emattias commentedOk, now I'm with you. The module requires panels which requires ctools. Page Manager is part of ctools so it is downloaded, but not enabled.
I don't know a way to make page manager be auto enabled in simplytest.me. With a get parameter for example..? I'll add it to the demo link if it's possible.
