Possibility to transfer fieldgroups from an existing content type

I am used to use mostly the same field groups on every content type and would be very happy if there would be an easy way to transfer the field groups from one content type to another.

Another way could be to create presets in the admin-ui which I could then "clone" into the "manage fields" or "manage display"-configurations.
