Submission access for a few Portland webforms is limited to authenticated users, however in some of our submissions, the Username is not captured, but "Anonymous (not verified) " is. Do you know why this is happening, and is there a fix for it?

The training webform also allowed this, but the form is closed now and not something I'm worried about fixing.

I would like to figure out what this issue is so we can prevent it for Prague.

http://portland2013.drupal.org/node/3553/webform/configure says anonymous users can submit to that form.
