Hi.

First of all, I count this issue as a critical miss rather than a bug of feature request, but I chose bug since I think it's pretty serious. The solution also seems related to that mentioned in this http://drupal.org/node/1300728 issue, but I think this case is more serious (thus the separate issue post).

Although most browser can cope with "none-standard" characters (in my case Nordic) these days , I consider it "good manners" to transliterate paths or at least allow the user to change the path, (as in the changing machine name case). Right now the only way to do it is by changing the title, but that's not a very "clean" solution (and might have very (un-)funny lingual consequences).

It did just struck me I can use url-alias, but I'm guessing that the email sent from the form will still contain the original path and not the alias path, which again brings back my original issue. But I will test it and get back.

Ok, I guess it's "easily" fixed with URL-alias, still, it's a few extra unnecessary operations for the user that could be handled automatically?
