Hello.
I have look thorough the scrreencast(http://www.drupalcommerce.org/videos/tutorials/customizable-products-piz...) about Customizable Products module and it is just what I need for creating products with various attributes an one SKU.
Now I need add the stock support for the products with separate attribute. Can I do this only the cusstomizable product module and Stock module? Or I need to use option modue?

If you want stock support, you have to have a SKU. You can either bundle products with Commerce Bundle or write what you need as a custom module.
