Weird error
Drupal: 7.21
All modules updated
I have created a form for anonymous to upload an image. If they use the upload button, the image is not uploaded. BUT if they just submit, the image is uploaded.

Everything was working until I upgraded to 7.20. I have tried an upgrade to 7.21, but that did not help the issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This may be an issue with field collection. I am doing more research.

It looks like this was an issue with Field Collection. See #1187010: Image field malfunctioning on embedded field collection form..
