When the forum content type is included as one of the node types to be indexed by ApacheSolr (apachesolr), the process of queuing content to be indexed fails and produces an Advanced Forum error during the execution of advanced_forum_post_position().
Removal of forum from the content types to be indexed eliminates this error.

The patch works in the context in which I encountered the error. I assume the plan is to incorporate it in the next release.
Thanks,
